I was talking to a client yesterday that is having a difficult time making a purchase decision. Understandably, it's a decision you will live with for a very long time.

He remodeled an old home in a his old home state and has had trouble selling it. He's concerned that his new home will be more marketable. For that to be the case, you have to buy something that is appealing to a broad market.
